At PowerBeam Light Bars, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Every light bar is packaged with care and shipped directly from our fulfillment team.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your purchase is confirmed.
Once your order has been packed and prepared for shipment, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information.

Shipping Time

Our standard delivery time is approximately 7–14 business days depending on your location and carrier transit times.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary slightly during high-demand seasons or holidays.

Bundle Orders & Multiple Packages

If you ordered one of our PowerBeam bundles, your items may ship in separate packages.
Some of our light bars and accessories are packed individually due to their size and protective packaging requirements.

If part of your bundle arrives first — don’t worry! The remaining items are on the way and typically arrive within a few days of each other.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and link to monitor delivery progress.
If you haven’t received tracking information after 5 business days, please contact our support team so we can help you right away.
